If you are looking for a small cabin for office work — a site office, a cash counter, a supervisor room or a temporary office cabin that moves with the project — the 10 × 20 ft size is the one that gets ordered most, and there is a reason for it. Two hundred square feet is enough for two desks facing each other, a cupboard, a printer table and two visitor chairs without the room feeling like a box. Put a 1.5-ton AC on the back wall and it cools in minutes because PUF panel walls hold the cold instead of leaking it.
What fits comfortably in a 10 × 20: two work desks, one steel cupboard, a 4-seat discussion corner or a small meeting table, a water cooler, and a drawing rack for site plans. What does not fit well: a separate cabin for the boss plus open seating for three staff. For that you want 20 × 8 with a partition, or two cabins joined side by side — we build both.
