MK Portable Cabin builds portable and container cabins at its own works at Mumbra, Thane and despatches them to sites across Gujarat. We are a manufacturer, not a trader — the cutting, welding, insulation, flooring and wiring all happen in our own yard, which is why the price you get is a maker’s price and why we can build to your drawing instead of to a catalogue.

Gujarat sites are a straight run north from our Thane works, which keeps freight more reasonable than our southern despatches. Solar parks in Kutch, port and chemical sites around Mundra, Bharuch and Ankleshwar, and construction work in Ahmedabad and Surat are the jobs we see most from the state. Transport is quoted separately and honestly, and we tell you in advance if a crane or hydra is needed to place the unit.

Do you really deliver to Gujarat from Mumbai?
Yes. Every unit is built at our own works at Mumbra, Thane and despatched by road. We are straight about the economics: freight is a real part of the cost, so we are usually the better call on multi-unit projects than on one small cabin.
How long does delivery to Gujarat take?
The build takes a few days once the size is fixed, and the road journey adds to that. We give you a realistic combined date on the call rather than a date we cannot hold.
Can I see the cabin before it leaves Thane?
Yes. Come to the yard at Mumbra and walk through the unit, or ask us to send photographs of your actual cabin before despatch. Nothing leaves without you knowing what is on the truck.
Can you build a size that is not standard?
Yes. Every unit is cut to the customer drawing. If your site needs 25 x 10 or 18 x 9 instead of a standard size, that is what we build.
Do you handle unloading at the Gujarat site?
Tell us the access before despatch and we plan for it. If a crane or hydra is needed at your end, we tell you in advance rather than leaving the driver and your site to work it out.
What is the minimum order that makes sense for Gujarat?
