These are not a fixed menu. Every unit is cut to the customer drawing, so if your Navi Mumbai site needs 25 x 10 or 18 x 9, that is what we build.
How fast we reach Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai is roughly an hour from our Mumbra yard on a normal day. Because the run is short, transport stays low and a finished unit can usually be placed on your site the same day it leaves. Panvel and the Ulwe side take a little longer but are still a single-day run.
Transport is quoted separately and honestly — you get the number before you commit, not after the truck arrives. If a crane or hydra is needed at your end, we tell you in advance.

Frequently asked questions
Do you deliver to Panvel and Taloja?
Yes. Panvel, New Panvel, Taloja, Kamothe, Kharghar and Ulwe are all regular delivery points for us. They are a slightly longer run than Vashi or Airoli, but still a single-day job from our Mumbra yard.
How long does a site office cabin take for a Navi Mumbai site?
A standard unit is usually ready in a few days once the size is fixed, and Navi Mumbai is about an hour away, so it goes out as soon as it is finished. Furnished units with full electrical and partitions take longer.
Can you deliver to a MIDC plot in Mahape or Rabale?
Yes. We deliver to MIDC plots regularly. Tell us the gate and whether a crane can enter, and we plan the placement accordingly.
What does transport to Navi Mumbai cost?
It depends on the size of the unit and whether a crane or hydra is needed at your end. Because the distance from Mumbra is short, it is one of our cheaper delivery belts. We quote it separately and give you the number upfront.
Do you supply toilet cabins for Navi Mumbai construction sites?
Yes. Single seat up to 6-seat blocks, Indian or Western pan, with or without a bath section. We also build toilet-cum-bath units for labour camps.
Can the cabin be moved later to another site?
Yes, that is the point of a portable cabin. It can be craned onto a truck and re-sited. If you expect to move it often, ask us about a container office instead, as the steel shell takes more handling.
