20 x 10 Portable Office Cabin with Partition, Manager Table and 3 Workstations
This is a complete site office in one box. At 20 ft long and 10 ft wide it gives you 200 sq ft of working space — enough for a project manager, an engineering team and a place to sit visitors down with a drawing on the table. It leaves our Mumbra works fully built, fully wired and fully furnished, so on site there is nothing to assemble: the crane sets it down, you plug in power and the office is running.
What is inside
The cabin is divided by one internal partition. On one side is a closed manager cabin with its own door, window and manager table — a quiet room for calls, client meetings and documents. On the other side is the open office with three workstations, so your site engineers, supervisor and billing staff all have a fixed desk from day one. Furniture is finished in a dark wood laminate and is fitted before dispatch, not sent loose.
How it is built
- Base frame: MS channel frame, so the cabin can be lifted, shifted and re-used many times without the floor sagging
- Body: corrugated steel sheet, painted in our standard white body with a red skirting — your own colours and logo can be painted on request
- Inside: laminated wall and ceiling panelling in a light finish that keeps the room bright and is easy to wipe clean
- Flooring: vinyl flooring in a wooden finish, laid wall to wall
- Doors and windows: steel entry door with lock, aluminium sliding windows with safety grills for cross ventilation and daylight
- Electrical: concealed wiring, LED panel lights, ceiling fan, switch boards and sockets, ready for a single incoming connection

Delivery and site readiness
Before the vehicle reaches you, please keep a level, firm surface ready and a clear path for the trailer and the crane. The cabin is lifted from four top hooks, so keep the area above free of low cables and tree branches. Once placed, the cabin needs only a power connection and earthing to start working.
Customisation and other sizes
We also build this cabin in 10 x 10 ft, 20 x 8 ft, 30 x 10 ft and 40 x 10 ft, with or without toilet and pantry, in single or double storey. If you need a different internal layout — two cabins and a hall, a conference table instead of workstations, or an attached toilet — tell us the requirement and we will build it to your drawing.
Frequently asked questions
Is the furniture included in the price?
Yes. The price covers the cabin as shown — one partition, one manager table and three workstations, with electrical fittings, lights and fan.
Can the cabin be shifted later?
Yes. It is a lift-and-shift steel cabin on an MS channel base and can be moved from one site to another as many times as you need.
Do you deliver outside Maharashtra?
Yes, we dispatch across India. Transport cost depends on the distance and the site access, so please share the exact delivery location for a landed figure.
Can I get AC, toilet or pantry in the same cabin?
Yes, all three can be added. Please ask us before production starts so the layout, plumbing and wiring are planned for it.
