Portable toilet cabins built at our own unit and delivered ready to connect — single seat to six-seat blocks, Indian or Western pan, with bio-tank, septic or direct sewer connection. Used on construction sites, factories, labour camps, farms, events and societies across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune and all over India.

Why a portable toilet cabin
On most sites the toilet block is planned last and complained about first. A portable toilet cabin solves it in a day: the unit arrives finished, you connect water and drainage, and your workforce has a proper facility instead of an improvised corner. It is also what keeps you compliant, keeps illness down, and keeps workers on site instead of walking off to find somewhere.
Types we build
Single-seat portable toilet
One WC compartment with ventilator and an inside latch. For small sites, security posts, farm plots, shops and events. Light enough to shift with a hydra, needs the least ground preparation.
Two, three, four and six-seat blocks
One cabin body divided into separate compartments, each with its own door. This is the workhorse for medium and large sites — several usable units on one foundation, one drainage connection, one delivery.
Toilet-cum-bath cabin
WC compartments plus separate bathing compartments. Essential wherever labour accommodation is on site.
Urinal block
A row of urinals in one cabin. Takes the pressure off the WC compartments at peak hours at a much lower cost per user.
Western or Indian pan
Both available, and many sites order a mix. Decide before fabrication, because the pan position changes the floor and drainage layout.
How many do you actually need?
The working rule most site managers use is one WC compartment for every 20 to 25 workers on a shift, with separate facilities for women workers and a separate unit for staff and visitors. Count by peak-shift headcount, not total workforce on the roll.
Under-providing is a false economy — the units get overused, cleaning falls behind, and workers stop using them altogether. Tell us your peak headcount and we will recommend the configuration.
Water and waste — three ways
| Option | Best for | Needs |
|---|---|---|
| Sewer connection | Sites where a municipal or site line exists | Cleanest long-term; nothing to empty |
| Septic tank / soak pit | Plots with no sewer line | Excavation; periodic emptying |
| Bio-tank / chemical tank | Temporary sites, events, no-dig locations | Fully self-contained; tanker emptying |
Water comes either from a site line with an overhead tank, or a tank mounted on the unit and refilled by tanker. Decide this before fabrication — the outlet position and floor level depend on it.

Portable Toilet Cabin Size Chart: Single, Double and Multi-Seat Units
Choosing the right portable toilet cabin size is mostly a headcount question, not a budget question. A unit that is too small gets abused and fails early; a unit that is too large eats site space you needed for material. The sizes below are the ones we build most often.
| Unit | Typical footprint | Suits | Common use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single seat | 3 ft x 4 ft | Up to 12 people | Small site, farmhouse, shop back area |
| Single with bath | 4 ft x 4 ft | Up to 12 people | Watchman quarters, labour camp |
| Two seat (back to back) | 7 ft x 4 ft | 20–25 people | Mid-size construction site |
| Four seat block | 12 ft x 4 ft | 40–50 people | Large site, labour camp, event ground |
| Combined block with urinals | 16 ft x 6 ft upward | 60+ people | Infrastructure project, factory |
Three points matter more than the footprint itself. First, door swing and queue space — a four-seat block pushed against a boundary wall gives you no standing room, so people stop using the far cabins. Leave three feet clear in front. Second, separate units for women on any site with mixed labour; a locked seat inside a shared block is not the same thing. Third, tank capacity against emptying schedule — a cabin sized for 50 people on a tank meant for 12 becomes a complaint within a week.
If you are not sure which size fits, send us your headcount and the space you have on site. Tell us your size and we will send a quote the same day.
What is included as standard
- Body — steel frame with insulated PUF or EPS sandwich panel walls and roof
- Interior — washable surfaces, properly waterproofed and sloped floor
- Fittings — WC pan, flush arrangement, tap, door with inside latch
- Ventilation — ventilator or exhaust fan with mesh (this is what decides whether the block stays usable in the monsoon)
- Electricals — light point in each compartment plus an outside light
- Plumbing — inlet and outlet brought to a fixed position for your connection
What decides the price
- Number and type of compartments — WC, bath, urinal
- Pan type in each compartment
- Panel specification and body finish
- Waste method — sewer, septic or bio-tank, and tank capacity
- Water arrangement — site line or mounted tank
- Ventilation and electrical points
- Delivery distance and unloading

Site preparation
A portable toilet cabin needs a level, firm base — a levelled PCC pad or properly bedded plinth blocks is enough for most units. Keep it slightly raised so monsoon water cannot enter, slope the ground away from the door, and leave clear access for the emptying tanker if you are using a septic or bio-tank.
Keeping it usable — a routine that works
- Daily — clean and disinfect each compartment, refill water, check the flush, empty the bin
- Weekly — check taps and pipe joints for leaks, clean the exhaust grille, check door latches
- Monthly — check tank level, clear the vent pipe, touch up chipped paint
- Before the monsoon — clear the roof and drainage, re-seal panel joints and cable entries
Assign one named person to the daily task. Toilet blocks fail on sites because the job belongs to everyone and therefore to no one.

Portable Toilet Manufacturers in Mumbai: What to Check Before You Hand Over the Order
Most buyers compare portable toilet manufacturers in Mumbai on one number — the quote. The quote tells you almost nothing, because the four things that decide whether a toilet cabin lasts five years or five months are never written on it. Ask about these instead, and the real price difference between two suppliers becomes obvious.
The floor and the tray. A toilet cabin fails from the floor upward. Water sits, the base channel rusts, and within two monsoons the floor goes soft near the pan. A properly built unit has a sealed, sloped tray with the waste outlet cast in — not a sheet floor with a hole cut in it and a flange bolted on.
The panel core. Humidity and ammonia inside a toilet cabin are brutal on cheap cores. PUF holds its shape and does not absorb moisture; thin thermocol sheets sag and hold smell. Ask which core, and ask for the thickness in millimetres.
The fittings, by name. “Standard fittings” means nothing. Get the pan type, the cistern or flush arrangement, the tap, the floor trap, the exhaust vent and the door latch listed item by item on the quotation, so nothing gets quietly downgraded between order and delivery.
Who services it. A manufacturer with its own workshop sends a fitter with the right spare. A reseller sends excuses. Mumbai sites rarely have room to keep a failed unit standing idle.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you deliver?
Single and small blocks are the fastest. Larger toilet-cum-bath blocks take longer. Call us with the requirement and we will give you a firm date.
Can I get Indian and Western pans in the same block?
Yes, that is common. Tell us how many of each before fabrication.
Do I need to dig a septic tank?
Only if there is no sewer line and you do not want a bio-tank. A bio-tank unit is fully self-contained and needs no excavation — good for temporary sites and places where digging is not allowed.
Will it smell?
Not if it is properly ventilated and cleaned daily. Ventilation is a specification item, not an afterthought — we fit ventilators or exhaust fans as standard, and we will tell you what your block needs.
Can it be moved later?
Yes. That is the point of a portable unit. It can be lifted and shifted to your next site.
Do you supply for events and short-term use?
Yes — self-contained bio-tank units are made for exactly that. Tell us the dates and the expected crowd.
