Our three locations

MK Portable Cabin builds every cabin at our own works. We are the manufacturer — there is no dealer or trader in between, so the price you are quoted is the works price and the cabin you order is the cabin we build.

Head Office & Works — Mumbra, Thane (Maharashtra)

Sadru Compound, Behind Aalishan Hotel, Opposite Bhandarli, Bhandarli, Thane, Maharashtra – 400612

This is where the cabins are fabricated. You are welcome to visit the yard and see units being built before you place an order. It is the right place to come if you want to check sheet thickness, framing and finish with your own eyes.

Branch — Hyderabad (Telangana)

Gandimaisamma, Hyderabad, Telangana. Call for directions and a site visit.

Our Hyderabad branch handles enquiries and deliveries across Telangana and the nearby districts of Andhra Pradesh.

Branch — Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh)

Dupadu, Kurnool, Lakshmipuram, Andhra Pradesh – 518218

The Kurnool branch covers Rayalaseema and the solar and infrastructure belt around Kurnool, Anantapur and Nandyal.

Where we deliver

We deliver finished cabins across India. The states we work in most are Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat and Rajasthan. Within Maharashtra we deliver regularly to Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Bhiwandi, Panvel, Taloja, Pune and the industrial belts around them. Cabins have gone to more than 100 cities, and transport is arranged by us so the unit reaches your site ready to place.

If your site is outside these states, call anyway. Transport is quoted separately and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your location.

What to tell us when you call

A quotation is much faster if you can tell us four things:

• Size — length × width in feet, or just how many people will sit inside
• Use — site office, security cabin, labour accommodation, toilet block, shop, classroom or store
• Delivery location — the town and whether a truck and crane can reach the spot
• Inside work — wiring, fan and light points, AC provision, flooring, furniture, partition

With those four answers we send a written, itemised quotation — usually the same working day. Prices on the website are excluding GST; our team confirms the final amount with GST on the call.

How to reach the Mumbra works

The works is in Sadru Compound, behind Aalishan Hotel and opposite Bhandarli, in the Mumbra–Bhandarli area of Thane district. From Mumbra railway station or from the Mumbai–Nashik highway, call us when you are close and we will guide you in over the phone. Heavy vehicles can reach the gate.
