Devgad is a beautiful costal town located in Konkan region of Maharashtra. Famous its world renowned Hapus Mangoes, Devgad is surrounded by beautiful beaches throughout. However had very limited options with respect to Entertainment of the local population. To watch a movie in cinema hall people had to travel almost 100kms. The problem was identified by newly elected MLA of this region Mr. Nitesh Rane. With EcoTourism and overall development of Devgad in his mind, Nitesh Rane brought facilities like Water sports, Scuba Diving and Wax Museum for public and wanted to gift the people of Devgad with their own Cinema Hall. Trikaal Theatres & Reality India (P) Ltd on behalf of Mr Rane approached MK Portable for India’s 1st Eco Friendly Container Cinema Hall similar to Container cinema in Box Park Dubai. MK Portable accepted the challenge to Install a 100 seater container cinema in Devgad.
The shipping container Cinema was Pre-fabricated at MK Portable workshop and installed at site in Devgad. The task was tough with respect to the area of installation and also pro The entire process of prefabrication and installation was completed in a span of just 2 months. The Container Cinema has a seating capacity of 100 seats with a separate projector room, Box office, Manager office, Canteen and Toilets .
