With the Costal Regulation Zone (CRZ norms) and Forest Area Norms in place it becomes tough for Hotel and Resorts owners to construct anything near beaches or at Hill stations. However these norms are not applicable to our Eco-friendly portable cabins as they are movable structures. MK Portable who has gained expertise in portable structures at such locations (near beaches, hill stations, green zone) was approached by Iora Cottages to install a 12 room resort near Nagaon Beach in Alibaug..
The ready to use portable resort rooms with inbuilt bathrooms and toilets were manufactured at MK Portable workshop and installed at the location. These beautifully designed portable rooms have been coloured with bright colours which makes them look very attractive. The interior of these portable rooms have been done in classy wooden Oak finish particle boards with matching vinyl wood finish carpets. The portable resort cabins have all amenities that are available in normal hotel rooms such as TV, Air conditioners, Bed, Sofa, balcony etc. These 200 sqft rooms are cozy and comfortable. Apart from the rooms a 20’ x 20’ portable restaurant with kitchen area too was installed.
